Top Floor Remodel
The remodel of this upstairs in a 115-year-old home involved both interior and exterior transformations. The most significant change was raising the roof and extending the room, adding valuable living space (as seen in the photo). Inside, we completely gutted the area, installing new insulation, skylights, doors, heating and cooling systems, a water tank, and custom shelving. The focus of this project was not only to expand and enhance the living space but also to improve energy efficiency, making the home more cost-effective and sustainable.
Exterior Remodel
This project involved a full exterior renovation, including a deck build and a custom picture-frame window installation. While preserving the home's original architecture and aesthetic, our team modernized the siding using advanced materials and techniques. We implemented a rain screen system to enhance moisture protection and insulation. Additionally, we installed a new east-facing window at the client’s request, perfectly framing the stunning view of Mt. Hood.
